     ADVICE FOR THE YOUNG

                      ADVICE FOR THE YOUNG
    By: Samuel Bolaji

(1) Realise you are an awakening personality & take as much interest in the development of your soul as your physical development. The most important thing in life is CHARACTER & Jesus is the master architect of character. Cleverness may get you to the top but only character will keep you there.

(2) Find a cause to which you can give
yourself wholeheartedly. Ask God to lay a burden on your heart for a cause that fits your abilities. Whatever you do, serve somebody if you are to be a healthy personality, as Jesus Himself did (Matt 20:28).

(3) Set clear goals for yourself - don't drift. Some people allow circumstances or friends to dictate what they do in life. Don't react - act.

(4) Do the little things & God will give you bigger opportunities.

(5) If you feel marriage is for you, pray about your choice of a life partner. Base your choice on something note than a physical attraction. Godliness ought to figure high on your
list. Ask yourself: Will i still be in love with this person when sexual desire has diminished?

(6) Don't aim for leadership but concentrate on being a servant. "Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant," said Jesus (Mark 10:43). If God wants you to be a leader then He will make you one, but remember, the best leaders come from the best servants.

(7) Begin every day by committing its affairs to. Take time to pray & read the Scriptures. (8) Learn the benefits of discipline. A disciple is someone who is disciplined. You may have to delay & wait for some things, but the wait will build CHARACTER into you & DEVELOP TRUST in God.

(9) Respect those who are older than you; seek, listen & weigh their advice.

(10) Don't be impatient if you can't produce change overnight. Perseverance also helps to build character & remember, character is the big word in God's economy. Concentrate on being who God wants you to be & God will place you where He wants you to be.

BE ENCOURAGED! DON'T GIVE UP With God all things are still possible!" #Don'tEverGiveUp.

Revisiting prophesies from Holy Mount Tabieorar

Ogunkilede Joshua  Revisiting prophesies  from Holy Mount Tabieorar ... as The church of The Lord marks 83rd edition  Since its reception, the Tabieorar Festival has not only grown in popularity but has become universally adopted by all members of The Church of the Lord.  Celebrated yearly on August 22, members are expected to fast and pray to God within a period of thirteen days. There is even a special song dedicated to the festival – “The Mount Tabieorar Festival has come. Mount Tabieorar is gleeful. The anniversary has come. Meritorious year has come. All hail the King of Glory. Praise to the Lord of mercy.” The first Tabieorar Festival was held at Ogere, Ogun State, on August 22, 1937. But before the occasion, the late Primate and Founder of The Church of the Lord (Aladura), Dr Josaih Ositelu, heard a voice in a revelation, which led him to a place. This place was later named – “Mount Tabieorar” – but pronounced and sometimes written as “ Tabbo...
