I was fortunate to know Sir (Dr) Olatunde Aiyedun Agbato to be A Philanthropist, A Father Figure and A Nation Builder. You have fought a good fight, and I pray the Almighty God will grant the family, Ogerians and the entire the Student body (National Association of Ogere Students’) fortitude to bear the lost.  May your soul rest in peace.   Counselling Strategy COUNSELING is defined as discussion of an emotional problem with an employee, with the general objective of decreasing it. Therefore, Counseling:  Deals with an emotional problem. Is an act of communication. Is generally to understand and/or decrease an employee’s emotional disorder.
